Cheers 11.8" Contemporary Glam Acrylic Box USB Operated LED Neon Light

Q : Will the acrylic surface get scratched if i have cats that like to scratch furniture?

A : The acrylic used in this neon light is fairly tough, but it can still develop scratches if it comes into frequent contact with sharp claws. If you have pets that are prone to scratching, it's best to place the light away from high‑activity areas or use a protective cover during heavy playtime.

Q : What is the best way to clean the led light without damaging the leds or the acrylic?

A : A soft, dry microfiber cloth is usually sufficient to remove dust. If you need to wipe it down, dampen the cloth with a mild soap solution and gently wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch or cloud the acrylic.

Q : Does the light get hot enough to be a concern for pets or small children?

A : The built‑in LEDs are very energy‑efficient and emit minimal heat. In normal use, the surface temperature stays close to ambient, so it’s safe to have pets or kids around the light. Just keep the light away from direct contact with hot surfaces.

Q : Is it safe to hang this light in a hallway where people frequently walk by?

A : Yes, it can be hung in a hallway, but make sure the frame is securely attached to a solid wall to prevent accidental tipping. The acrylic is sturdy, but a quick drop could crack it, so a double‑hook or wall anchor is recommended for high‑traffic spots.

Q : Can i put the light on my kitchen countertop if i spill something nearby?

A : The acrylic and LED components are not water‑proof, so avoid placing it directly next to sinks or areas where liquids can splatter. A small protective tray or a countertop with a lip can help keep it safe if you use it near food.

Q : How long do the leds typically last before i need to replace them?

A : Most LED neon lights have a lifespan of 50,000 to 100,000 hours. In everyday use, you can expect the light to work well for many years, far exceeding the lifespan of traditional incandescent bulbs.

Q : Will the acrylic become cloudy or yellow over time with regular cleaning or sunlight?

A : Acrylic can develop a slight hazy film if exposed to harsh UV light or aggressive cleaners. Using a gentle, non‑abrasive cleaner and placing it out of direct sunlight will keep the glass clear for a long time.

Q : Where is the best spot in my living room to hang this so it looks its best?

A : Hanging the sign above a bar cart or a bookshelf near a focal wall works well. If you want a subtle accent, place it on a side table in the living room or on a kitchen island to let the neon light pop against the surrounding décor.
