Hummingbird Tiffany Style 12" LED Table Lamp

Q : Is the stained glass on this lamp durable enough to withstand curious pets like cats or dogs, or could it easily break?

A : The shade is made of hand-made stained glass soldered with metal. While it's crafted with care, it's important to place the lamp where pets cannot easily knock it over or scratch at the shade, as stained glass can be delicate.

Q : How should i clean the stained glass shade if it gets dusty?

A : To clean the shade, first disconnect the power source. Then, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. It's best to avoid using any chemicals or household cleaners, as these could potentially damage the finish of the stained glass.

Q : Will the colors on the stained glass fade over time or with sun exposure?

A : The description doesn't specifically mention fading due to sun exposure. However, stained glass is generally quite durable. For best results, consider placing the lamp away from direct, prolonged sunlight to maintain its vibrant appearance.

Q : What kind of bulb is included, and what's the maximum wattage it can handle if i want to use a different bulb?

A : An eco-friendly 4W LED bulb is included with the lamp. The socket is compatible with a maximum 25-watt incandescent bulb, a 9-watt CFL bulb, or a 5-watt LED bulb. The included LED bulb is energy-efficient.

Q : Where would this lamp look best? i'm thinking of my living room or bedroom.

A : This lamp's traditional Tiffany-inspired design with a hummingbird motif would be a beautiful addition to a living room side table, a bedroom nightstand, or even a console table in an entryway. Its elegance makes it suitable for various decorative spaces.

Q : The cord is described as silk-wrapped. does that mean it's more prone to fraying or damage compared to a regular cord?

A : The 60-inch cord is wrapped in black silk for a more refined look. While silk is a delicate material, the wrapping should provide a level of protection. Treat the cord gently, avoiding kinks or excessive tugging, to ensure its longevity.

Q : Is there an in-line switch, and is it easy to reach?

A : Yes, there is an on-off in-line switch located on the cord. This allows you to easily control the lamp without having to reach under the shade or to the wall outlet.
