Questions & Answers

Q : Can this neon sign be hung on a wall, or does it only stand on a surface?

A : This LOVE sign is versatile! It features nail slots for easy hanging on a wall, and it can also stand on its own on a shelf or table, giving you flexibility in how you display it.

Q : What kind of power source does it use, and is the adapter included?

A : The neon light operates on a low-voltage USB power source. A cable for this USB power is included, allowing you to connect it to a wall outlet (adapter not included), a battery pack, or even a computer or mobile power source for convenient and energy-efficient use.

Q : How do i clean this sign if it gets dusty or marked?

A : To clean your neon sign, always disconnect the power source first. Then, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. It's best to avoid using chemicals or household cleaners, as these can potentially damage the finish.

Q : Is the led bulb replaceable, or is it built-in?

A : The product description states that an eco-friendly 4W LED bulb is included. It's generally considered a component of the fixture, and replacement details are not specified, but LED bulbs are designed for long-term use.

Q : Will this light be too bright for a bedroom, or is it more of a subtle glow?

A : This sign provides 'bright neon' illumination, making it a statement piece. While it's convenient for a bedroom or dorm room due to its USB power, it's designed to be noticeable and add a whimsical glow rather than being a subtle night light.

Q : Can this be used outdoors or in a bathroom where there might be moisture?

A : This neon sign is designed for indoor use. It's not specified as being weather-resistant or suitable for damp environments like bathrooms, so it's best to keep it in a dry indoor space.

Q : Is this a safe product for homes with pets, like cats or dogs?

A : The sign is made of acrylic and has a USB power source, which operates at a low voltage for safety. While it doesn't have any specific pet-friendly features noted, it's a wall-mountable or shelf-standing item, so placement can help keep it out of reach of curious pets.
