Questions & Answers

Q : I have pets, will this rug hold up to dog claws and shedding?

A : The 100% polypropylene fibers are durable and the pile is cut at 0.31" which helps it stand up to high traffic without looking matted or worn. While it's designed for durability, it's always a good idea to use a rug pad to prevent slipping and add an extra layer of protection. For shedding, regular vacuuming with a brushless vacuum will help manage loose fibers.

Q : How easy is it to clean up spills on this rug?

A : For liquid spills, it's recommended to blot immediately with a clean, undyed cloth, pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For tougher stains, professional rug cleaning is advised. It's important to avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight which can affect the coloring.

Q : Will this rug be comfortable to walk on barefoot?

A : Yes, the rug features a plush pile cut at 0.31 inches, offering a comfortable feel underfoot. Its texture is designed to be inviting and soft, making it a pleasant addition to living spaces.

Q : Is this rug suitable for a busy entryway or living room?

A : Absolutely. The design and material are made for durability, with a pile height that stands up to high traffic areas without easily becoming matted or worn. It's a great choice for spaces where there's a lot of foot movement.

Q : I'm worried about creases from shipping. how long do they usually take to disappear?

A : Packing and shipping can sometimes cause temporary creases. These typically flatten out within about a week on the floor. To speed up the process, you can try back-rolling your rug before laying it down, which helps the creases relax faster.

Q : What kind of vacuum cleaner should i use for this rug?

A : It's best to use a brushless vacuum for this rug. Regular vacuuming is recommended for maintenance, and spot cleaning for spills is advised. If you have difficult stains, professional rug cleaning is the best option.

Q : Does the rug come with a non-slip backing?

A : No, this rug does not come with a backing. We strongly recommend using a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and to provide additional cushioning and protection for your floors.
