Q : How do i actually wash this rug? can it go in my washing machine?
A : This rug is washable in a front-loading washing machine. Use a mild detergent with cool water (under 85°F) on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Always air dry or hang to dry, as ironing is not recommended.
Q : Will pet hair be a problem with this rug, and how does it hold up to claws?
A : The short 0.25" pile and durable synthetic fibers mean pet hair is generally easy to vacuum up. While the construction is durable, the chenille texture might be more susceptible to snagging from pet claws than a loop-pile rug. Using a rug pad is recommended to help protect the backing.

A : For spills, it's best to blot immediately with a clean, undyed cloth, pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much liquid as possible. For tougher stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight to preserve the color.

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Cancellation
