Q : What is the best way to clean this rug if my dog has an accident on it?
A : For immediate cleanups, blot any liquid spills with a clean, undyed cloth, pressing firmly to absorb as much as possible. You can also hose it down with mild soap and water for a more thorough clean.
Q : Does this rug shed much? i have pets and i'm concerned about hair getting stuck.

A : This rug does not come with a backing. We recommend using a rug pad, sold separately, to provide extra cushioning and prevent slipping.

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
