A : Blot the liquid immediately with a clean, undyed cloth, pressing gently to absorb as much as possible. Then vacuum the area with a brushless setting. If the stain persists, spot‑clean with mild soap and water, rinse with a damp cloth, and dry with a towel. Avoid soaking the rug.

Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
