A : For spills, it's best to blot immediately with a clean, undyed cloth, pressing firmly to absorb as much liquid as possible. For tougher stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Regular vacuuming without the beater bar is also key to maintaining its appearance.

Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Cancellation
