A : The Soleil rug is approximately a third to a half inch thick, with a measured thickness of 0.16 inches. It does not have a pile. We recommend using a brushless vacuum and turning off beater bars to gently clean this rug, which should be compatible with most robot vacuums, provided they can accommodate this thickness.

A : The color of this rug is a light khaki brown, very similar to the natural color of burlap fabric. It's a neutral shade that works well in various decor styles.

Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
