Questions & Answers

Q : Is the glass on this lamp durable enough to withstand curious pets or occasional bumps?

A : The lamp features a textured glass base. While it's designed for stability, like any glass item, it could be susceptible to damage from significant impact. For households with very active pets or young children, extra care in placement might be advisable.

Q : How should i go about cleaning the glass and the shade?

A : To clean, always disconnect the power source first. For the glass and the metal components, a soft, dry cloth is recommended. For the linen shade, a gentle dusting or vacuuming with a brush attachment on a low setting should suffice. Avoid using any chemical cleaners or household cleaning products as they can damage the finishes.

Q : Will the black finish on the metal parts scratch or wear off easily over time?

A : The lamp has a black finish on its metal components. With normal use and proper care, the finish is designed to be durable. Regular dusting with a soft cloth will help maintain its appearance and prevent premature wear.

Q : What's the approximate height of the lamp? i need to make sure it fits on my nightstand.

A : The Rae table lamp stands at 26.5 inches high. This makes it a substantial piece, and it's particularly well-suited for display on side tables or nightstands where its height can be appreciated without overwhelming the space.

Q : Does the lamp come with an led bulb, and what type of bulb should i use if i need a replacement?

A : Yes, an eco-friendly 9W LED bulb is included with the lamp. If you need a replacement, it takes one bulb. It's compatible with any 12W LED bulb or a 100W TYPE 'A' incandescent bulb or a 23W CFL bulb.

Q : What is the length of the power cord and what type of plug does it have?

A : The lamp features a 60-inch silk cord that is black and silver. It comes with a standard USA 2-prong plug for easy use.

Q : Is there a dimmer switch on this lamp?

A : No, this lamp does not have a dimmer switch. It is equipped with a standard on-off rotary switch located on the socket for simple operation.
