Q : Can i hang these lights in a home with cats or dogs? will they get tangled in pet hair or be at risk of damage?
A : The wires are fairly sturdy and the bulbs are small enough that most pets will be curious but unlikely to chew through them. However, if your pet is prone to chewing or climbing, it's best to hang the lights out of reach or use a protective cover to keep the cords safe.
Q : What should i do if one bulb goes out? do i need to replace the whole strand?
A : The lights have a stay‑lit design, so if one bulb burns out, the rest will remain on. You can simply replace the faulty bulb—fuses are included and spare bulbs are easily found.
Q : How often do i need to clean the bulbs, and can i just wipe them with a damp cloth?
A : A quick dusting or spot‑cleaning with a damp, non‑abrasive cloth every few months is enough to keep them looking bright. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the bulb glass.

Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
