Brice Modern Contemporary Iron Integrated LED Pendant

Q : Will the matte black finish scratch if my cat walks over it or if it gets knocked by a pet?

A : The finish is fairly tough, but it can be scratched by sharp claws or hard impacts. If you have pets that scratch surfaces, keep the pendant well away from areas where they climb or play.

Q : What’s the best way to clean the metal hoop without damaging the finish?

A : Turn off and unplug the fixture, then wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid any chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as they can dull the matte look.

Q : Will the integrated led lose brightness quickly or stay consistent over time?

A : LEDs typically have a long life; brightness will decline gradually after many thousands of hours, but you usually won’t notice a sharp drop until well into its lifespan.

Q : Is this pendant suitable for a busy kitchen or entryway that sees a lot of foot traffic?

A : Yes, it’s designed for modern spaces, but make sure it’s securely mounted and keep the area clear of heavy objects to avoid accidental bumps.

Q : Does the pendant leave any residue or dust that could accumulate under the floor?

A : The metal itself doesn’t shed material, so there’s no extra dust or fibers. Routine light cleaning of the surrounding area will keep it tidy.

Q : Can i hang this over my living room coffee table or does it work better elsewhere?

A : It looks good over a kitchen island, dining table, or a coffee table, as long as the height is comfortable—generally 70‑75 inches from the floor for a living room setting.

Q : Do i need to hire a professional to install this since it’s hardwired?

A : Because the fixture requires hardwiring, it’s best to have a licensed electrician handle the installation to ensure safety and compliance with electrical codes.

Q : What should i do if the led burns out after a few years?

A : The integrated LED can be replaced by a compatible 24W LED. It’s a simple process but you’ll need to cut power and use a qualified electrician to swap the module safely.
