Description

Questions & Answers

Q : Will the glass shades be a problem for pets that like to scratch at things?

A : The clear glass is solid and heavy, so it won’t break easily from light pawing. However, pets with sharp claws might nick the metal brackets if they get too close. Keeping the pendant a safe distance from high‑traffic pet paths helps protect both the fixture and your animal.

Q : How do i keep the pendant looking clean without using harsh cleaners?

A : Simply wipe the glass and metal with a soft, dry cloth after you disconnect the power. Avoid sprays or household cleaners; they can leave residue and dull the finish over time.

Q : Do the led bulbs need special care to keep them bright for a long time?

A : The 4 W LED bulb is built for efficiency and heat dissipation, so it should maintain its light output for many thousands of hours as long as it’s used with an appropriate dimmer or constant voltage supply.

Q : Is this pendant safe to install in a kitchen with a lot of foot traffic?

A : Yes, the fixture’s sturdy metal frame is designed for normal kitchen use. Just make sure the glass shades are secured well; a sudden bump could break them.

Q : Does this pendant affect how comfortable the kitchen island feels when i’m standing under it?

A : The pendant hangs above the island, so it won’t interfere with the floor feel. It provides ample overhead light without adding any floor coverage or pressure points.

Q : Where is the best place to hang this pendant for the most impact?

A : It works great over a kitchen island, a compact dining table, or a desk in a home office. The linear 25.5‑inch length offers a balanced look for spaces that want a modern farmhouse feel.

Q : Will the glass get cloudy or develop fingerprints over time?

A : Clear glass can accumulate fingerprints and light dust, but it doesn’t shed or deteriorate. A quick dry‑cloth wipe every few weeks keeps it bright and clear.

Q : Can i use any type of bulb with this fixture?

A : The fixture is designed for three bulbs and accepts a Type "A" 40 W incandescent, a 13 W CFL, or a 9 W LED. Stick to those ratings for safety and proper brightness.
