Questions & Answers

Q : Can i hang this neon light on a textured wall?

A : Yes, the acrylic box frame has nail slots for hanging. For textured walls, you may need to use appropriate wall anchors or adhesive strips designed for your specific wall type in addition to the nail slots.

Q : What kind of power source does this neon light use?

A : This neon light is USB operated. It includes a cable for safe, energy-efficient USB power, which can be plugged into a wall outlet adapter, a battery pack, or directly into a mobile power source or computer.

Q : Is this light suitable for a space where pets are present?

A : While the light itself doesn't have specific pet-related features, the acrylic material could potentially scratch if exposed to pet claws. It's also important to ensure the USB cable is kept out of reach of pets to prevent chewing.

Q : How do i clean the acrylic box frame and the neon light?

A : To clean, always disconnect the power source first. Wipe the acrylic box frame and the light with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any chemicals or household cleaners, as these can damage the finish of the product.

Q : Does the neon light emit a lot of heat?

A : This neon light uses LED bulbs, which are known for being energy-efficient and generating minimal heat. It is compatible with 9W LED bulbs, so it should not produce significant warmth.

Q : Can this light stand on its own without being hung?

A : Yes, the acrylic box frame is designed to stand by itself. You can place it on a shelf or a table as a decorative piece.

Q : What is the maximum wattage bulb this light can accommodate?

A : The light is compatible with a 9W LED bulb, a 40W TYPE 'A' bulb, or a 13W CFL bulb. It takes one bulb in total.

Q : Is this neon light durable enough for a child's bedroom?

A : The acrylic frame offers some durability, but it's important to consider the environment. While the USB power is low-voltage and safe, the acrylic could potentially scratch or crack with rough handling from children. We recommend placing it in a secure location.
