Marais 6.75" Iron/Seeded Glass Vintage Rustic LED Outdoor Lantern

Q : Is this lantern suitable for outdoor use, or is the description misleading by mentioning 'interior' and 'bath vanity'?

Q : Does the seeded glass have a lot of imperfections or bubbles, and does it affect the light output significantly?
