A : Creases from packing and shipping are normal and should flatten out within about a week on the floor. To speed up the process, you can try back-rolling the rug before laying it down and allowing it ample time to relax.

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
