A : This rug does not come with a backing. For safety and to prevent slipping, as well as to protect your floors, we strongly recommend using a rug pad. Rug pads are sold separately.
Q : I'm worried about creases from shipping. how long do they usually take to flatten out?
A : Creases from packing and shipping are temporary and typically flatten out after about a week on the floor. To speed up the process, you can try back-rolling the rug before laying it down, then allow it ample time to relax and flatten.

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery which arrives typically within 3-to-5 days
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
Returns & Exchanges
A 30-day return window is standard for every product except for Final Sale items. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee per each item. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing.
